So many great things about this place to count, it is super clean, I've been to so many 5 stars hotels and resorts and this one is among the cleanest, the open buffet was almost all day long with 5 distinct meals which is so rare , in fact first time to see this, the location is perfection, super beautiful ( winter time , skiing), the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Mr.Serkan, whom was super helpful in some tough situations (changed rooms and lost my Credit card while skiing) .everything was included with rhe reservation even the minibar.over all amazing experience

Despite the bad weather that prevented us from skiing as planned, we spent two wonderful nights as a family. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly, making the time fly by. This pleasant experience has won us over, and we are eager to come back again very soon. We had an amazing time staying at this hotel. The view and the facilities were excellent. The staff were very professional yet friendly and accommodating, especially the Front Office team of Mr. Mehmet Kiral and Ms Serap. We also enjoyed the delicious buffet spread at its restaurant. The waiters were friendly and helpful too especially Mr Ozgur. Well Done!
