Everything was just perfect, all inclusive concept was well planned and delicious food made our holiday unforgettable. Hotel staff were very helpful and kind.

The view and the facilities were excellent. The staff were very professional yet friendly and accommodating, especially the Front Office team of Mr. Mehmet Kiral and Ms Serap. We also enjoyed the delicious buffet spread at its restaurant. The waiters were friendly and helpful too especially Mr Ozgur. Well Done!

The hotel is located right in front of the ski lift. The staff were amazing and very sincere in addressing any questions and requests, cant thank them enough for making our stay perfect. The food was very good.
