From the moment we arrived, the staff were super friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and nicely designed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The food was really tasty, both breakfast and dinner were great. One of the highlights was the complimentary sunset river cruise, which completely exceeded our expectations. We happened to be celebrating a birthday during our stay, the team arranged a cake and celebration on the cruise at no extra cost. They also left a gift in the room. It was such a kind gesture that we’ll never forget. All of the staff were fantastic. We had a little issue in the room and they immediately solved it! We especially want to thank Grace for her kindness and exceptional service. We were also able to book activities (such as the Zambezi Park Game Drive) directly through the lodge, which was super convenient. There is also a nice spa on-site if you want to relax with a great massage. The free shuttle to the town and Victoria Falls gate was super handy, and when we needed a taxi outside the shuttle times, the lodge helped us arrange one for about $15 USD. And we could directly pay to the lodge. Even when we booked tours through other platforms like Viator, everything went smoothly, drivers knew the lodge and picked us up right from there. Overall, Insika Lodge was amazing, and we’re really happy we chose to stay there. Highly recommend it!

The Courtney Lodge ตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่เดินทางไปน้ำตกวิกตอเรีย ได้ใน 3.4 กม. The building and grounds are peaceful and beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable and the housekeeping is impeccable. Clive and Leslie run a very good boutique hotel, however, this would mean nothing if it were not for the fantastic staff. I have stayed in some very high end hotels,but the staff at Courtney Lodge treat you in a way that makes you feel truly special. Their smiles and actions are sincere, they truly want your stay to be the best ever. Taku, the manager, was incredibly helpful making transportation arrangements and providing information about activities and restaurants. The housekeepers, Rudo, Nissi and Blessed, were tirelessly working to keep the room ready for you at the end of the day and constantly cleaning around the property. But the one thing that truly impressed us was their cook Danny, who prepared great breakfasts and incredible dinners. He and Clement and Kudzi, made meals and our stay in general, very special. They do everything with genuine smiles and warmth, even the grounds keeper, Balance, always had a smile and a kind greeting. If you come to Victoria Falls, you have to experience The Courtney Lodge!

Elegant lodge, with air-conditioned generous rooms Staff very attentive and adaptable, ensuring vegan as well as vegetarian options. Amazing breakfasts, served in poolside dining toom overlooking the garden.. extended,access to coffee,and tea. Access to a wide-screen TV for sports viewing if wanted (we didn't) Staff happy to arrange activities, taxis, and advise about alternative dinner options when their kitchen closed for the evening to allow their staff to celebrate Christmas evening with their families. We will happily return.

Pamarah Lodge ตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่เดินทางไปน้ำตกวิกตอเรีย ได้ใน 4.9 กม. The staff were so helpful and friendly and went out of there way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable.
