Upon checkin, even though I did not request it prior and mentioned, the staff, noticing my walking stick and mobility issues, asked if I would like an accessible room. I thought that was a nice touch and very proactive of them. The room service lamb chops were also top notch!

the room was exceptional and really good value - not many places in Australia anywhere hear that standard. Receptionist really helpful and friendly. Room service excellent and very prompt.
