Location - so easy if having an early flight, just a short walk from the terminal;
sparkling clean room, spacious bathroom, very quiet - no noise from the airport at all. It goes at a cost - windows don't open, bur aircon was very efficient.
Fantastic staff!- I made a mistake booking a smaller room at lower floor (to be fair, it wasnt clear from the description), which was OK but music and noise from a lobby was a distraction. We asked if they can move us higher and got an upgraded room on L5, at no extra cost, and that one was fantastic! may not always be the available, so please check carefully what you book.

Fully equipped house. Kitchen has everything needed if self-catering is desired including a sodastream machine. Off street parking under a carport adjacent to the front door - for easy access with luggage etc. Lovely outdoor area, private and located quite centrally to major attractions (National Gallery, Parliament, War Memorial etc). Not far to the Kingston wharf eatery precinct; and a small shopping centre at the end of the street.

The townhouse was amazing, the location was awesome you can walk to the local shops.
Sisi was a fabulous host very easy to contact. Secure undercover parking was a bonus.
Not somewhere to stay if you are travelling with elderly family members, the accommodation is spread over 4 floors. There is a lift which was greatly appreciated.
The beds were very low

I liked how the room came heated!
Nice and toasty after a long day in Canberra.
The room is private and comes with shampoo, conditioner and soap.
The TV is a good size and the room even has plates and mugs that come with the coffee machine! The bed is also super comfy, I didn’t want to wake up hahaha.
The host also made sure if I needed anything and checked if everything was up to speed.

Great location, on the lake, and close to the NGA and other Canberra attractions.
Lots of food places too.
Spent most of my time at the National Gallery, which is about 1.5km away.
We used Uber Eats for delivery & enjoyed dining on the balcony at the appartments on the Quay.

We have stayed in Narrabundah a few times in the past year as we have been working in Fyshwick. We have always found the neighbourhood to be quiet, accessible to shops and a short trip into Canberra city if you were staying as a tourist. Properties usually come with good and free parking which is not always available when staying in a city

Barton is the best place to base yourself when visiting Canberra. It’s easy to walk to Parliament House, the National Gallery, Kingston Foreshore and Manuka. It is very easy to get onto main roads if you are heading out of town in any direction. The streets are lovely for walking and Telopea Park is so pretty.
Maple and Grove is a great cafe - perfect for early coffee (7am), breakfast or lunch.

Great places to eat at much better value than, say ,in Sydney.. Getting around by car can be challenging for fist time visitors because of the road layout using circuits, very very wide streets and the lack of distinctive landmarks in some areas. The public institutions like the galleries are first rate.

The Kingston Foreshore is a great location. Lots of restaurants and cafes at your doorstep with easy access to many more Canberra landmarks. Walk up to the Kingston shops for the best supermarket in Canberra. Known locally as Super Superbarn.

Great house.
Great house. Host could be a bit more proactive in providing codes, etc.. to check in. Great facilities, could do a bit better with kitchen utensils - they were very large or really small pots, spoons, etc... could provide a few more mixing bowls. Rather wise had a great stay
