The fireplace, aside from the heater, was a real treat--especially with below 0 temperatures we had while there. Carla, the host, was wonderful and took great of us. We quite enjoyed our stay!

The room was very clean and cosy and made the perfect home base for exploring Puerto Natales and Torre del Paine. The private hot tub was perfect luxury to relax tired muscles after long days hiking Torres del Paine. David was very thoughtful, polite, and attentive host and was amazing at helping coordinate local tours and providing best suggestions to make my stay the best it can be.
