My boyfriend and I arrived very and despite this, we were let in and helped very much with our luggage and room. Elias was amazing and gave the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. He was so nice and helpful with everything and offered more than I could even ask for. On top of the great service, the room was clean, spacious, and beyond comfortable. Because we had so much luggage, Elias was so kind to upgrade our room to a lower floor and a bigger room. I am so relieved and thankful to have met him and made this reservation.
