He was so nice and helpful with everything and offered more than I could even ask for. On top of the great service, the room was clean, spacious, and beyond comfortable. Because we had so much luggage, Elias was so kind to upgrade our room to a lower floor and a bigger room. I am so relieved and thankful to have met him and made this reservation.
