Located next to Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport, this citizenM hotel is just a 3-minute walk from the airport's Terminal 3. There is a 24-hour reception, luggage storage and air-conditioned rooms. We came and spent an unexpected night here due to flight hiccups at CDG. The lobby staff who took care of us were simply amazing, and seeing that we arrived a bit frazzled, they went absolutely beyond the call of duty to turn our difficult evening into a pleasant and welcoming stay. The extremely kind woman who helped us check in even very thoughtfully accommodated my allergy-related (and slightly odd) dinner request, which was a lifesaver after our airport odyssey. The room, and the whole hotel, was beautifully designed, and hit the balance between efficiency and homey comfort. The bed was extremely comfortable, the check-in process was clear and straightforward, and the friendly and sociable bartender helped us end our night smiling.

Hilton Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport offers spacious and bright rooms with large, soundproofed windows and a flat-screen TV. My stay was nothing short of AMAZING! From arrival to departure, I was treated with such care. First I MUST mention Nada at front desk and Omar. They were helpful and attentive to all my needs. First, I arrived way before check in as my flight landed 6am, there weren't any available rooms for an early check in, however, Nada reassured me that he would work on something. I was able to chill in the lounge, had breakfast and check in by 11:30am! Big plus. I was very frustrated as my card only worked at the hotel first instance and on my second day I was unable to purchase train tickets as my card did not work and I only had usd (which was not accepted). Tbh i walked bk from the train station feeling so disheartened and as soon Nada saw me he asked if I was ok. I broke in tears and he assisted by calling a taxi. It worked out to be way more expensive than train cost but can I tell you my taxi driver Yohan (not sure of spelling) understood the assignment. He was sooo helpful and told me not to cry, if my card did not work he would take the usd. My card worked! I got guide on how to get a taxi bk to the hotel and guess what my 2 nights in Paris turned out to be the best 2 nights i had in a very long time. I'm grateful to the staff at Hilton and Yohan my driver, blessings to guys! I hope Nada and Omar sees this, I appreciate you! Especially after I was told the French are racist and may not be treated well. Now I have my own perceptions and I'd recommend any day!🙏🏼
