we arrived at the hotel at night, the person who met us was aggressive, he did not tell us the password for Wi-Fi, the room did not match the photos indicated in the ad, it was dirty in the room and in the bathroom It was impossible to sleep. I do not recommend anyone to stay there!

Breakfast was ok!
Breakfast was ok! Typical French Continental Breakfast. No restriction on quantity. Room request was honoured, staff were very flexible regarding Airport Transfer and very well organised regarding local restaurants and alternatives. I chose to eat at Le Barth - i remembered it from my previous visit and the meal served was just as good as i remember. It is around a 10 minute walk from B&B and you will receive good directions to it from the hotel reception. Though i chose not to visit it on this occasion, there is a small Aviation Museum dedicated to the local Water Bomber Station very close to the Hotel which is worth a visit.

Marignane is the armpit of Marseille.
Marignane is the armpit of Marseille. It is jammed between the airport and the brackish pond. Mosquitoes as big as wasps. Other biting bugs. But lots of marsh wildlife. Peaceful near the pond. Marignane has everything you need. Very industrial. Unlike Auvergne and France away from the coast. The Marseilleise drive like maniacs: always in a hurry, too fast, tailgating, and it takes a lot of getting used to the road signage. Good luck if you plan to drive into the city of Marseille! Better park outside and take the subway in.

Our stay was on return from holiday before flying back home.
Our stay was on return from holiday before flying back home. The stop-over was excellent so chilled and relaxing, we ate at hotel buffet which was excellent with great choices evening and breakfast and good value. Our trip was short and unable to visit many places in area, but Hotel had numerous books and information on the area and Marseille.

I liked the location, the cleanliness and the breakfast most. Very convenient to catch my flight the following day. Recommended for convenience / proximity to the airport. I did have a car though so did not use public transport to get to the airport; I can not comment on that aspect.

Good value, restaurant and bar.
Good value, restaurant and bar. About a 15 minute walk to airport; important for very early flights. Nice helpful staff . A friend of ours went to check in next door at the blue IBIS, cancelled and walked over here and was pleased for a little more money. I did not explore the area or use the pool as I had an early morning flight.
