Primrose was a most excellent hostess; the bed was so comfortable, the linens were amazing as was the breakfast.

Then we realized several days after we departed my daughter left her earbuds in the hotel room. When we contacted the staff they were so friendly and agreed to mail those to us in England. She’s an extremely good host with great local knowledge. Plenty of suggestions, made a dinner reservation for us on her phone, took us to the carpark of castle gardens in town. Place is spotless, amenities are fabulous, no complaints at all.
