I was helped by Winston to print my Boarding Passes for the following morning. He was very patient when I had a problem with them. The front desk was quick and efficient.

The staff on the bar were fantastic especially the lady whose name began with G, Gurjit? I am sorry I am deaf and don't always catch names. A special mention for Damilola too who was very welcoming. The room was very comfortable and well equipped. The bathroom and show was a delight, Clean and modern. The drinks were fairly priced too considering the location.

This modern ibis Styles Birmingham NEC and Airport is within 10 minutes’ walk of the NEC and about 0.5 miles from both Birmingham International Rail Station and Airport. I was made very welcome at the hotel by Victor at reception. He was a professional with a smile and made me feel comfortable and welcome right away, after my long trip. The room was nice, warm and clean, and the bed was comfy too. I would definately stay here again on my next trip.

My experience at any Moxy hotel has been great. This time was no exception. I also want to thank the hotel who, due to our last minute change of plans, was okay with us changing our reservation even though it was done via Booking.com. Thank you!

Genting Hotel is located within Resorts World Birmingham and is next to Birmingham Airport, the NEC Birmingham and Birmingham International Station. The room was comfortable, the decor was gorgeous, cleanliness was 10/10, the staff were professional, inviting and helpful, the breakfast was brilliant, we enjoyed a cocktail in the sky bar, the lift was quickly fixed after it wasn't in service, the foyer is stunning and the on site restaurants provided a nice variety of quality food, the spa was beautiful and the pool clean and well maintained, all the spa facilities were working properly and the touch of free drinks was lovely.

Located 2.5 miles from NEC Birmingham, Tri-Star Hotel offers 3-star accommodations in Birmingham and has a shared lounge, a restaurant and a bar. Wonderful host, lovely warm and comfortable rooms, and a tasty breakfast each morning. We appreciated the free parking and the location is ideal if visiting the NEC due to its close proximity. Would definitely stay again in the future!

Modern 2 Bed house - HS2, NEC & Birmingham Airport is located in Marston Green, just 3.4 miles from NEC Birmingham and 3.5 miles from National Motorcycle Museum. Beds, TV, Bathroom, garden, kitchen front room. Beautiful home, very clean and modern, great location. I will definately stay here again, no more hotel for me
