Very friendly staff. Location suited us for what we needed. Wifi worked. It was quiet despite being right at the airport. Be aware the rooms are tiny and the shower/sink is in the room. There is a toilet closet but it doesn't hide noises or provide all that much privacy. I had originally booked for myself alone but then a friend stayed with me and it would've been fine as a room alone but with another person it was a little awkward but I knew that so I'm not judging the hotel poorly for that I'm just putting it out there for anyone else thinking about their options Also we couldn't find any outlets by the bed they were only by the desk in the corner. so if you want to use your phone and charge it at the same time bring an extension cable.

Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham Airport Uk has a restaurant, fitness centre, a bar and shared lounge in Bickenhill. The room was lovely and big super clean and quite aircon worked really well and very well sound proofed couldn't hear the planes or anything. Food was also very nice

I came in late and let early, so that was the only interaction I had and he was very helpful and lovely with my pet

The hotel vibe felt very modern, the entrance to the lobby felt very homely with amazing setup for friendly get togethers with friends. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and provided all the help that we needed. The rooms were of a great size, the beds were comfy and the bathrooms were spotless. The rooms were also adorned with an A/C unit so any heat wave that comes your way had no impact on my stay.

The room was comfortable, the decor was gorgeous, cleanliness was 10/10, the staff were professional, inviting and helpful, the breakfast was brilliant, we enjoyed a cocktail in the sky bar, the lift was quickly fixed after it wasn't in service, the foyer is stunning and the on site restaurants provided a nice variety of quality food, the spa was beautiful and the pool clean and well maintained, all the spa facilities were working properly and the touch of free drinks was lovely.
