Ipi (0.4 miles from Ende Airport)
Lanina homestay is a recently renovated homestay in Ipi where guests can make the most of its terrace and shared lounge. Felt like apart of the family and right at home. Nothing was too much for Nia & Ian - they went above & beyond to assist me with sorting my trip. Enjoyed their company so much I stayed an extra night. Walkable to restaurants and the fresh clean laundry (recommend). Breakfast was filling, room was large, clean and comfortable, wifi available and a nice lounge area to relax 🏠

Rezka Roomz Syari'ah is offering accommodations in Ende. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Our stay at Namira’s homestay was one of the best experiences during our entire trip to Indonesia! From the moment we arrived, Namira was incredibly welcoming, kind, and genuinely hospitable. She truly made us feel at home. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable — same goes for the bathroom, which was also quite large and well-maintained. Whenever we needed anything, Namira was always ready to help, and she did so almost instantly. Her warmth and attentiveness really stood out. Another big plus: airport drop-off is available, which made our departure smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy, friendly, and convenient place to stay. Thank you, Namira!

Flores Passport House offers accommodations in Ende, a 12-minute walk from Ria Cafe Beach. With sea views, this accommodation provides a swimming pool. We loved everything, with a special mention for the global design of the house. Also the very nice staff, friendly, who recommended us places to visit in Ende and who cooked some delicious food. The rooms were spotless, the bed comfortable, and swimming pool was a real bonus just like the sea view from rooftop floor. Thank you again for our stay.
Ende of the world? Not quite but nothing much here for us tourists except for Bung Sukarno’s home. (Indonesia’s first president 1945-67) There is a garden too but that was closed. The waterfront had some nice looking cafes but most were closed. There is a market and a number of other shops as you would expect in a mid-large town.
A very vibrant and busy town, as a white family we attracted a lot of attention, not always good. Uncomfortable walking around the town. We used taxis to move around the town. If I was traveling by myself I would have used public transportation, the bemos look fun!
