Our family of three stayed in this 2-bedroom appartment for one night. Giovanni, the owner, gave us detailed information how to get to the house. He was waiting for us as we had late night arrival, and then showed us round the appartment. The house is about 10-minute walk from the airport, located in a quiet nice rural area surrounded by palm trees. The appartment is nicely reconstructed, clean, it has comfortable beds, large bathrooms, equipped kitchen, large terrace. We were given coffee, croissants and bottled water. We would be happy to stay here for longer time but have other travelling plans in Sardegna. Thank you, dear Giovanni, and best wishes in your renting, because you do it with care and love.

Agriturismo La Genziana is a recently renovated farm stay in Alghero where guests can make the most of its garden and barbecue facilities. With garden views, this accommodation features a patio. Great location only 2 km from Alghero airport. We weren't flying but driving - a bit concerned about airport noise but in fact heard nothing. To get to Alghero was 5-10 minutes plus a few minutes to drive through to the old town. We used La Genziana as a base to explore the country west and north of Alghero, all the way to Porto Torres and Stintino. La Genziana is on a farm - we walked over to a dining building from our room. Big broad yard and grass with olive trees. Room was very quiet, very modern bathroom and nice rain head shower. Breakfast was great. La Genziana makes its own yoghurt, ricotta, pecorino cheese, pastries and bread. Our host made us capuccino and espressos.
