The Dome felt like a luxurious 5-star hotel stay, with all the extras, while immersing us in the beauty of nature. One of the highlights was the jacuzzi—perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring.
Phillip, our host, was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, always available to assist with any requests. The homemade breakfast made from their farm's produce were delightful, and the Christmas dinner they provided was a special treat that added to the experience!

B and B in very peaceful and super calm environment. Enjoyed all the amenities and facilities onsite, including breakfast. Very attentive owner who communicated really friendly and assisted a lot with logistics and helped with smooth check in.

Very quick reply of the accommodation host Tomaso. Friendly, speaking English providing an amazing service. We asked for fruits (gluten allergy) if possible in the morning. And yes, Tomaso did it all. Fruits and even gluten free bread and cookies. Tasted amazing. Thank you Tomaso!

Valentina and Rosario are an absolute delight. What amazing hosts! They had a small feast prepared for my late arrival at 10:30pm. Breakfast was another feast full of homemade treats and fresh fruits. Valentina and Rosario made me feel at home with their incredible hospitality and warmth. I’ve never had just a treat me like family, but Valentina and Rosario did. I was blown away!
The property is so cute and they’ve paid attention to every single detail. It feels a bit like a fairy land with twinkle lights in the outdoor garden. There’s a beautiful hammock guests can enjoy while soaking up the Sardinian sun.
The room was cozy and clean and the bed was quite comfortable.
Do yourself a favor and stay here! You won’t regret it!

We enjoyed our visit but found very little to do there.
We enjoyed our visit but found very little to do there. Not many resturants or shops in the area. Very very quiet anytime we were out and about.
I do feel you need a car so you can visit places outside of the area.

We chose Assemini for our last night in Sardinia because...
We chose Assemini for our last night in Sardinia because it's close to Cagliari airport and is well connected to both the airport and city by train. But actually it's quite a characterful little town. We didn't spend long there - literally, it was an overnight stay - but we were impressed by the range of places to eat. The local people seemed very friendly. The owners of Il Girasole, and the other guests staying there, were very welcoming towards us, as were the staff and other diners at the pizzeria (Mignon) that we went to for an evening meal.

A good base to travel east and west to fabulous beaches that...
A good base to travel east and west to fabulous beaches that will take you approximately 1 hour. We ate out in and around Sestu, a good selection of restaurants and good value for money. Not a tourist town. There are also numerous takeaways, lots a pizza on offer all very good.
