The best location of all hotel, same block with JR station and the limo bus to airport is just right in front. Staff are very polite, and they delivered my luggage to my room after I dropped it after checked it, not many Japanese hotel offers this kind of service. Very nice room layout and all the free amenities.

The very helpful reception, they even had a English/Chinese translator who worked to help us deliver our luggage to Sendai. The room was spacious, clean, and modern.

One of the best hotel buffet breakfasts I have had in a long time - even had Kiritanpo and other local dishes. Our room was much larger than expected, clean, modern. Comfy bed, bath & shower.

Excellent experience. I arrived early and, just before check-in time, the staff stored my luggage, offered Wi-Fi and even a cell phone charger, a very thoughtful gesture. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially in providing information about transportation. Clean, comfortable and well-located room (about 10–11 minutes from the station). The towel change and trash collection worked perfectly. I was very satisfied.

As with all the Toyoko Inns this was again an exceptional hotel. The staff were all friendly and always willing to help. The position of the hotel was perfect and the breakfast was superb.

The twin room with extra bed was spacious for my 2 adult boys and a teenage.

The hotel was walking distance to the main train station. It was a clean and comfortable stay with friendly and helpful stuff. Would recommend it to anyone who is looking for good value for their money!

Staff was nice and the room was clean.

Hotel is in a quiet location at the back of the main city area. 10 minute walk from the train station. Rooms were a decent size and had a standard size until bath.
