The room was clean. A bus stop was just in front of the hotel, which connected the hotel with New Chitose Airport and Chitose Train Station. It’s only 10-20 minutes away from CTS by bus, which is convenient. The Chitose train station was actually within walking distance. There were also some convenient stores. The receptionist was also nice.

best location, very near to station.
Initially I booked through booking.com and got a very good price that apparently I was not eligible for since I am not Japanese Resident. So the reception had to cancel my initial booking and switch it to direct booking instead.
Which turns out the hotel has other better promo program for tourist who have flight ticket, we got 50% discount for 2 rooms, and voucher fpr shop and dining equal to 12K JPY for 4 people. I was soooooo luckyyy!! like getting the jackpot!
on top of that they also provided free bath / onsen that me and my friends super enjoyed! inot forgot to mention Free shuttle bus to airport as well!!
Really is the bestttttt hotel I experienced in Chitose!

Eniwa is a quiet small town in the middle between the New Chitose airport and Sapporo city, it's about 15-20min drive to either side and considered convenient. especially if you like to go Mitsui outlet, it's within 10min drive. also nearby drive to dispensary shops and supermarkets.

Upopoy Ainu Museum is excellent.
Tomakomai is not a major tourist spot but it is a pleasant place to spend a day or two.

Stay in Chitose too.
Stay in Chitose too. It is really cute and offers plenty of shopping and restaurants. Everybody heads to Sapporo but Chitose has plenty to offer. There is also a huge Outlet Mall. Fantastic! But gets very busy during Japanese Holidays.

The location is fantastic.
- very easy to get to the hotel from New Chitose Airport using airport limousine bus
- the bus stop from the airport is just across the hotel
- few minutes walk to Susukino station and Hosuisusukino station
- tons of restaurants, shops and department stores around the hotel
The room was clean. The hotel will make up the room only if you stay more than two nights but they will change towels and throw away the trash everyday.
Staffs were friendly and helpful.
