The decision to select this hotel was made based on several reasons.
1. Location. We are planespotters and staying at the airport area is an advantage.
2. Logistics. The main reason of our visit to Osaka was visiting Expo-2025. Since there was a convenient connection between Kansai airport and Expo entrance by bus the choice of the hotel was evident.
3. Price-quality ratio. Here you'll get much more spacious room for reasonable price compared to the offers within city of Osaka. It was very correct decision to stay here.
The room was spacious and comfortable and had everything that we needed for good stay. Access to Kansai airport terminal is just 3 minutes of walk.

This is an amazing hotel interms of price, comfort and convenience. We checked in for the last night of our holiday as it was conveniently located close to railway station and airport. Its an amazing hotel . Our corner room on 33rd floor had fantastic views of the bay, airport and city. We arrived early and hotel arranged storage of our bags till check in time.
The room was the most spacious I have ever stayed in Japan even for our party of 4. Plenty of room to open bags and One nice touch was that toilet and shower were separate adding to convenience. The beds were super comfy. Wifi was excellent.
Its directly connected to Rinku town railway station. Lots of eating choices in the nearby Seacle mall also directly linked to hotel.
Next time, I would stay in this hotel rather than staying in Osaka city. Great value for money and unbeatable comfort.

The room was huge and the bed was amazing. After spending a few days in Japan and sleeping on weird pillows that seemed to be filled with rice, this bed and pillow felt like heaven to me. The shuttle to the airport is a nice plus. The hotel had it’s own convenience store.

We only stayed one night when we arrived as we needed a place to recharge and freshen up before we head to Kyoto. The hotel is very nice with complete amenities in the room. The room we occupied has the view of the airport runway but we never heard any noise coming from the airplanes arriving and taking off. A bit expensive but it was worth it. Breakfast buffet was very good too.

The surrounding countryside was beautiful as was the Mizuma-dera temple.
Close to the convenience store and cafe.

Izumiotsu is a small town at any angle from a foreigner's view, but is a major train station between Osaka and Kansai International Airport, so that you can take the Express Train between the 2 spots mentioned above. It helps to save time not using the Regular Train to commute. And you do not need to pay for higher room price right inside Osaka area. You can get everything you may need just around the Hotel and the Train station.

The people that work there are very kind and accommodating, from the moment you book till you leave they make sure everything is taken care of and are available to help 24/7. This place is extremely peaceful, the food is out of a story book because of how good it is and I just love this place so much I will be back one day. I took the bike for a ride exiting to the left of the villa and found a restaurant called green something ( I can’t remember the name) and it was such a beautiful place with a stream running through the outdoor dining area.

VERY convenient to/from KIX, even with large luggage. Go towards the West exit, take the elevator down to the 1st floor, and exit. Platform to room in 5 minutes. The property is close to many other rail stations as well.
Seems like the building is newly refurbished. We were probably one of the first guests to stay there. So everything is new and clean.
