Its very close to airport, if you need to catch a morning flight and dont want to get stuck in traffic, literally 4 min away. The hot breakfast really hit the spot and let us forget some small flaws like smelly bathrooms and noisy rooms if facing the road.
Great water pressure in bathroom

it was conveniently located in the marina. It had a beautiful garden view area and pool, even though I didn’t use them. I was able to easily get a taxi or Uber from there to go to the Westin where the rest of my family was staying.
The staff, in particular, were extremely kind and caring. I really appreciate it your help with everything from Security carrying your baggage and the front desk people. they were really really great.
for staying in the marina as a single person, the price is manageable.

We went specifically to play Pickleball and found a great group of people to play with at the PikNPad. Beach was close and the strand of beach is great for walking. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Always felt safe. 😊

In November the pacific was warm - I got in the ocean every day without hesitation. there can be a big under tow however so some days I only got wet and left. Most days I could swim. It's now the blue of the Caribbean - it's the pacific ocean.
There are plenty of restaurants and tours. It was a very safe place to be and we walked and took the public bus and uber. We took a taco tour and loved the food. (Vallarta Eats) It made us realize that some places may look a bit sketchy, but they are clean and safe to eat at. And very inexpensive. Then there is some fine dining as well which is about US prices. Cafe des Artists was delicious and beautiful.
Apparently there are several bars with live music (we were told) but we were more the early to bed early to rise type.

Beautiful country, the best restaurant in the bay for breakfast/lunch is LUNA LUNA. Lots of flowering plants and tropical trees still line the streets....MANY condo developments and lots of construction happening in the 'golden zone'. East of the 200 highway is a more authentic area to stay if you want a local experience outside of the condo/hotel areas.

Loved the views and the amenities.
Loved the views and the amenities. The beach was beautiful and clean. Perfect for small children and all ages.
The villa came with everything you could want. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The chef was exceptional. She even went grocery shopping for us. This made travelling in a group of 10 much easier.
Getting around Crux de Huanacaxtle is not easy from Real del Mar. But the beach was so beautiful, we did not want to be anywhere else, except for the villa, which was so comfortable.

I went for a medical reason, not for vacation.
I went for a medical reason, not for vacation. After going I personally wouldn’t choose puerto Vallarta for vacation unless you stay in hotel Moussai or Garza Blanca or anywhere near that area because those beaches are blue. I stayed at Playa Royale which are apartments right next to the hard rock hotel and when I tell you that beach is murky. It’s like going to Galveston beach. So I do not recommend at all. If you want nice beaches in Mexico, I’d do Cancun or Cabo’s. Although it is very safe for tourists, you won’t ever feel like you’re in danger and people are friendly.

It was the off season so it was too hot and humid for me but I wanted to do day of the dead. I love Puerto Vallarta and feel very safe traveling there on my own. Think that was at least my 10th time there.

This area is a mix of mexico, not too touristy yet within walking distance to open market. Plenty of areas to walk, enjoy the sun and beach. This was a great opportunity to meet locals and enjoy their culture. Very good restaurants in the area, some with nightly music. Art walk every Thursday. There was a handy corner store nearby as well as an excellent coffee bar.
Bought some good quality sandals, dresses, artwork.....

The food in the restaurants was great! Lots of entertainment in the clubs with live bands. Walking around town required paying attention as the streets require maintenance, however everything was within walking distance.

Love he Malecon, and area. - lots of cheaper areas in centro to eat, and check out that don't charge lots of Pesos - compared to those on the Malecon, etc .
Autobus is easy to use - and only 10 pesos within the Ciudad.
Other areas such as Buceras, and Sayulitya charge a little more to get too.
The staff at front desk and in the restaurant were great. Especially the restaurant. Not only was the staff in the restaurant exceptionally accommodating but the breakfast was great. We always use the Container Hotel when we go to PVR which is quite often and I highly recommend it.

My husband and I loved everything about our stay! The hotel is charming with tons of character and amazing views of the ocean. The location was perfect, within walking distance to town, but quiet and with private beach access. The staff were super kind and helpful. This will be our go to spot in PVR!

Staff was very courteous, professional and friendly. Hotel and hotel room was very clean. Nice, functional rooms.
Rooftop terrace and pool was clean, well maintained and with excellent service.
Convenient location between PVR airport and downtown PV, and close proximity to nice restaurants and amenities. A very fair price for our stay.

Hotel is very close to the PVR airport. You can actually walk to this hotel from the airport if you don't have much to carry. Rooms were OK but the breakfast was great! They also have a big pool on the side with many chairs and a big covered patio.
