This location is extremely close to the airport and I stayed while in transit through Penang and wanted to be close to the airport. The location has a food vendor directly across the street and a convenience store about a 1-minute walk around the corner.
The Master Lady is wonderful and will help you with any questions. Both the hotel and store have coffee for purchase.
The room is unassuming, clean, has ceiling fans and A/C, has a bed and closet with hangers. The washroom was new and had good hot water and pressure. The hotel itself appears to be brand new renovated with new beds and is extremely safe with a gated terrace to enjoy and gated entrance with 24-hour staff. Overall the area was quiet. I am a female solo traveler and I would recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and comfy,toilet was clean and spacious.Pool was amazing,staff were courteous and accommodating.Parking was aplenty and safe as they were gated.Nearby to eateries outside the main entrance and nearby to the airport.Deffinitely coming back for my quarterly heal trip.

The place is clean and comfortable. Both rooms have floor to ceiling glass windows and a lot of sunlight during the day but guests have a choice to cover with nice long curtains. The host is so nice to provide a direction to Qiblat for Muslim guests. It’s a secure and quiet building surrounded by many restaurants and cafes. My sisters and I had a comfortable stay although it wasn’t long. The host is very nice! Wished we could stay longer but we were here for a stopover due to the short distance to the airport before our International trip. Thanks for the pleasant stay! Highly recommended!

Batu Maung is a great place. I just knew on the third day bcoz no time to explore. Pantai Esen is Graet but I didn't knkw before I came here. There are also shopping places like a supermarket but I only knew on the way back home 😔.

Lift service was poor and shared with Cleaner and laundry team. Delayed the whole process of the lift service which takes 20 to 30 minutes each wait.
Noisy and the wall too thin. Can hear every movement of the children jumping and their walks running screaming crying till late nights from neighbours.
Toilets are dirty and too small. No closet and plates.

I was just there for 1 night, so didn't really have a chance to see much, but my location was right beside the Gurney Plaze, - a great Mall. I an staying in Batu Feringghi for 3 months, so will be back in Georgetown often. They seem to have lots of great sites to see & food to enjoy. I ate at the Gurney Mall - lots of great places to eat. I would not like to drive in Georgetown, but hope to figure out the Bus system & get a monthly Bus Pass. I enjoy small tours and just walking around seeing things.

Jelutong is now mainly a Chinese area. Many of the Malay villages have been demolished and replaced with flats or apartments. There are many masjids and temples around the area. I enjoy going to the market. I also enjoy visiting Pasar Taman Saadon in Gelugor, for breakfast. It is about 3 km from Jelutong Market.
Walk up Bukit Dumbar for exercise and the view.
