Service was excellent from all the staff, arrival front desk, concierge, room service, cafe downstairs could not fault. We had just stayed in a NY hotel the night before and they paled in comparison.

The staff were exceptional. unfortunately my mum had a medical episode while we there, the staff were responsive and helpful, opened up the room next door for my kids and checked in on me and the kids.
