I was able to check in earlier than the required check in time to unpack and park my vehicle so I could attend my Uncles birthday party across the street. A huge bonus thank you very much. Comfortable beds clean and all round enjoyable stay. Will definitely stay here again.

Located in Whanganui, 29 miles from RNZAF Base Ohakea, The Grand hotel whanganui under new management has accommodations with a restaurant, free private parking and a bar. The property was ok, the owner is still fixing it up from old owners. But cannot complain about the customer service. They were amazing and really went out of their way to make sure everything was sorted. For the price that we paid and the service will definitely stay there again.
