Room was a good size, quiet and comfortable bed. Easy to access the airport. Room service was prompt. Check in and check out was easy and those on the counter were friendly and welcoming. Would stay here again - so easy if you have a late arriving or early leaving flight.

Great continuous personal service meant we really felt valued. Every comfort was catered to, for example heaters, electric blanket, Sky TV, places to put luggage, bathroom layout, kitchen supplies. Daily unobtrusive cleaning and tidying by a friendly, efficient housekeeper was much appreciated.
