The apartment was very well appointed and comfortable. It was just about perfectly located for our last two nights in Puerto Rico and a flight out; the neighborhood even hosts a couple off airport car rental companies. There is lots of space to hang out, a decent if small kitchen and a really lonely porch wrapping around. The explanation, via video, for how to get in and how to use stuff in the unit was great.

Convenient location and adequate parking. Everything was clean, and we were so grateful they accepted a one night rental. The beds were comfortable. The neighborhood seemed safe and quiet.

The room was really cozy. Got a stove and a microwave , the area was perfect. With all beaches at minutes walking from the room, all type of restaurant and fast food and local places with delicious criollo food & casinos, and clubs and lounges and all that good stuff that you want when you go on vacation

Location and Transport
Handling over four million passengers every year, San Juan’s Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport is the biggest airport in Puerto Rico and the busiest in the Caribbean. Located 3 miles (5 kilometres) southeast of San Juan, in the town of Carolina, the airport is served by AMA buses, which leave from the departure level of terminals A and D. Taxis into downtown San Juan go by a meter and take about 12 minutes.

Travellers with scheduled layovers or unexpected delays can choose from several hotels located within and near the airport. If you find yourself with time on your hands before takeoff, there’s a selection of duty-free shops, restaurants and other services like beauty salons to keep you entertained. Apartment was exceptional...... up to standard.
Clean, the NICE FRAGRANCE THAT greeted me at the entrance of the Apartment. I was extremely happy and it reminded me of home.
Nice Kitchen set up
ohhhh and there is a little open setting if you want to sit and relax outside of your room.

Old San Juan is a beautiful place!
Old San Juan is a beautiful place! Many old forts and blue cobblestone streets with many bars and restaurants made it a great venue to visit! Uber and taxis made it very easy to commute to airport or cruise port.

The down side of the slide it was closed to use most of our stay.

Loved the location. Beautiful Private beach.
Loved the location. Beautiful Private beach. Very nice pools. Good security. No bugs inside our condo! (This was a fear of mine after reading reviews) very well maintained. Mini markets within walking distance with everything you need. Definitely recommended. Way nicer than the pictures I saw online. Loved our huge balcony! Made being on the third floor worth it!

Beautiful and close to several attractions only factor had a few inconveniences and should had gotten a better price for the inconveniences when not at fault. Need to have a better rate for these causes. Was put on a third floor room when specifically asked for a first floor due to knee surgery they said they would accommodate and was put on a second floor then this room was ok but had a leak in bathroom light fixture so had to move from one end to the other rooms was not serviced when asked and ants in rooms .

The apartment is small but suitable for 3 guests, amazing pool. Once you leave out the house you look left to see the beautiful ocean. The Uber was $7 to and from SJU. Endless food options literally across the street!
