The staff at Breakfast were amazing and friendly. The guys around the resort who were always on hand to point us in the right direction. The staff at Adventure park were exceptionally amazing! And those at the kids pool! The check-in at the hotel could have been more personable.

OMG!!! We were celebrating my husband’s birthday while also attending the formula 1, and we must again express our gratitude for the outstanding service, nicest people and amazing food and hospitality in generel. We had been visiting the same hotel in 2023 and we can only confirm that it’s gets better and better every time we come back. Rooms are perfect, spacious and nice view overlooking the area and beach, food in any of the restaurants are of high quality and you can easily find a delicious meal - especially Mr. Tailor and Indian restaurant Rasa are our favorites and they are warmly welcoming both adults and children. We loved that several staff members remembered us from the first time we visited and this hotels makes you feel special and at home - after visiting once, you’d always feel like going back. Our best recommendations will be giving for this hotel - most importantly the people working there, they make the different everyday. Thanks again for an outstanding stay. Rgds Mie & Jesper

Everything was fabulous, the shuttle to and from the airport was fabulous. The room was great. Lovely big shower and fair size room. We used the pool and the gym. We had limited time as we only had 9 hour layover. Would definitely do it again. Was so worth it.

Excellent Support and Great Experience Despite a Booking Issue I had booked and paid in advance for a 30-day stay, but when I arrived for check-in, I discovered that my reservation was mistakenly made at another branch of the hotel — not the one I wanted, which was very close to my workplace. It was a stressful situation at first, but the reception staff, Ms. Doaa from Tunisia, and the manager, Mr. Salem, also from Tunisia, were absolutely amazing. They handled everything with great professionalism and kindness. They immediately transferred my booking to the branch I wanted, even though that branch normally has higher rates — and they didn’t charge me anything extra. Their help turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a very positive one. When I moved into the apartment, there were a few maintenance issues, but as soon as I contacted reception, the team came and fixed everything in less than 15 minutes. The service was fast, efficient, and friendly. Overall, I really appreciate the excellent support from Ms. Doaa and Mr. Salem — they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for their outstanding customer service and professionalism.

The Air port facilities being world class were definitely...

The Air port facilities being world class were definitely liked and afmired but the the hotel we booked changed to other road side makeshift hotel which by any standards was not acceptable from its location, service, even the Tv and bath room was deplorable, not functioning . A total disappointment being a fraudulent hotel booking and transfer

I just love the city. No complaints

I just love the city. No complaints So far it’s my favourite city until I discover other places The national museum is amazing every time esp the café Thalateen. They offer gluten free pastries, can’t say with all my travelling Doha is the best for dietary requirements Travel is amazing even with the Arab league there was no disruptions to trains

Room was good and specious with kitchen and other utensils in it , some missing elements are TV with internet connectivity (YouTube and Netflix) connections for entertainment . Can add some charging ports for mobile as it was behind the bed and very hard to plug in. rest all was good, and staff too was very friendly.

A lot of places which need to be discovered - National Museum; The Pearl monument; Place Vandom mall with dancing fountains; Villagio Mall; Katara Cultural Village; Souq Wakif; Desert Safari; City Center; North and West Qatar with some symbolic places - mangroves; East-West by Richard Serra; Camel Track, especially if you can see also a real race or practice race.
