There is a lot to like about this hotel. The shuttle driver was at the airport when arrived, which was nice as didn’t have to wait for a ride. At the hotel, Daniela greeted me when I arrived. She was very welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed for the night and the next morning. My room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and had options to suite everyone’s taste. Andrei checked me out of the hotel and spoke to me in my native language (French). It was unexpected, but appreciated and very charming. The shuttle driver dropped me off at the airport with lots of time to spare. Also, the fact the hotel was so close to the airport was reassuring, as the roads in Sofia get jammed during peak hour, and you can be stuck there for quite some time.

Even though I didn't have much time to enjoy all the goodies there, since I came late at 9 PM and left at 4 AM, I enjoyed those few hours very much! The hostesses were super helpful and their hospitality was great!
