Ambassador Transit Hotel – Terminal 2 (AIRSIDE), Singapore is located in Changi Airport - Terminal 2, Level 3, Departure/Transit Lounge South. Reception from Revo was excellent and helpful. He got us extended hours for less than published prices and gave directions and good suggestions for our 27 hour stay at changi airport The room had toiletries, water heater for coffee and tea And it was quiet

Ambassador Transit Hotel – Terminal 3, Singapore is located airside within Changi Airport, Terminal 3, Departure Transit area. Access is via the escalator near Departure Transfer B counter. Room was reasonable size and the beds were nice, I did not have breakfast, The staff were very nice. my flight was about 4.40am from terminal 2. there is no sky train avalable between 12am till 5am. there is noway to go to terminal 2 from termional3, they tranfered me to terminal 2 which has the same facility. the staff were very considerate and kind.

Aerotel Singapore is located in Changi Airport, AIRSIDE, Terminal 1, Departure Transit area and access is via escalator near departure Gate D40. What a gem. Staying for 7 hours changed our journey from arduous 23 hours of 2 flights to a decent trip. We had a 12 hour layover, went for a long walk to explore Changi’s gardens, don’t miss the orchid garden, then had a swim, a meal and slept in a comfortable bed for just enough time.

Located away from the city, Changi Cove is a hotel which comes equipped with a conference centre. We arrived after a long flight and were welcomed by a lovely young man. He was attentive to our requirements. Showed us how to walk down to the boardwalk, and where we could get the complimentary shuttle back to the hotel after our meal. He suggested we take umbrellas as it is the rainy season in Singapore. When we said we had to leave early next morning for a flight he attentively arranged our taxi and early morning call and said that as we would miss breakfast he would have sandwiches and a drink ready to take with us. It is the small things that make the difference so well done.
