I got there around 9 p.m., and they quickly got me checked in and settled in my room in under 15 minutes. The bed was nice, and the room was cold once I set the temperature. Linens were higher quality as they kept us warm. The shower had a lot of pressure, especially the rain shower, which is rare. Breakfast was assorted, and food was warm. Staff was attentive, especially management, if they saw me waiting.

The location is excellent, just steps from Bencoolen MRT station (blue and yellow lines). Traveling from Changi Airport is very convenient via the green line with a simple transfer to the blue line. The hotel lobby is only a few steps away from the station exit on Bencoolen Road. It is also surrounded by restaurants, convenience stores, and churches. Hot and cold water supply was consistently good. Major attractions are easily accessible—either a short MRT ride away or even walkable from the hotel.
