I honestly thought I would never get the money back and didn’t expect to but I was extremely surprised and was in awe. I can’t wait to get the opportunity to come back and stay at this hotel and enjoy their 5 star hospitality. Thank you so much Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore….for considering my situation and going above and beyond.

Located away from the city, Changi Cove is a hotel which comes equipped with a conference center. We arrived after a long flight and were welcomed by a lovely young man. He was attentive to our requirements. Showed us how to walk down to the boardwalk, and where we could get the complimentary shuttle back to the hotel after our meal. He suggested we take umbrellas as it is the rainy season in Singapore. When we said we had to leave early next morning for a flight he attentively arranged our taxi and early morning call and said that as we would miss breakfast he would have sandwiches and a drink ready to take with us. It is the small things that make the difference so well done.
