Aiem-Wilai Guesthouse is a recently renovated guest house in Suratthani where guests can make the most of its garden and bar. This was such a nice layover experience. Mr Yo picked us up from the airport and a delicious home cooked meal awaited us at our little house (we pre-ordered it via WhatsApp). Everything was extremely clean and well maintained. The next day we had breakfast and got a lift back to the airport (5min). I can really recommend this place, so relaxing and nice.

It's fairly modern, very clean. The people who work here are nice and they bring you some simple toast (although not very toasted by Western standards) and black coffee at your chosen time in the morning. Highly recommend a stay here if its just for a night like ourselves

Very cheap hotel, which is perfect if you want to catch an early flight at the Surat Thani Airport. The rooms are nothing special and in the middle of nowhere, but for one night definitely enough. The owner offered to drive us to the airport for 100 Baht (even a time in the early morning was no problem). WiFi worked very well.
