How clean and nice it was .. it’s up to date beautiful big rooms and they still have balconies. Which are hard to find . It’s convenient and close to lots of food options. You can even eat there .

the property was beautiful.The room was spacious inviting and overall comfortable and relaxing. they really through of everything to make your stay fabulous and the housekeeper hands down the first hotel that I didn't have to clean to stay. everything was amazing and can't wait to book again to stay in this hotel again.

Location and Transport

Asheville Regional Airport is located 9 miles (14 kilometres) south of downtown Asheville and you can get there by bus or taxi. A taxi is the quickest route taking about 25 minutes and it will cost about USD 25. The S3 bus takes 40 minutes but only runs every 90 minutes.

If you have a layover or you’re faced with a delay, there are a few hotels located within a mile (just over a kilometre) that offer shuttle services. We were there for my husband's memorial service in a nearby church. So, we didn't do much sightseeing. However, the whole area, once you get away from the motel/restaurant area, is very pretty. I would like to come back and just spend some time there.

I reported in the afternoon of February 17, I had accidentally chosen the wrong date for a reservation, at a motel in Arden in my rush to schedule everything to see my dying sister with a flight out of Montana on February 19th. I notified both booking.com and the hotel on the afternoon of the 17th, explaining that error as soon as I discovered it, also stating I could not be there as I am still in Montana on February 18th. I booked into the same motel, the Holiday Inn in Arden, for the 24th. When I talked to booking.com, I was told that I could expect to see a reimbursement email as this was an unintended error, and I did not stay at that motel on February 17. I have not received the email notification. I would appreciate reimbursement for the accidental error. thank you Confirmation # 4165.496.916 Pin 8519

Visited to attend a family wedding so didn't have chance to visit all the nearby attractions but what we saw we really enjoyed. Main street is full of attractive shops and places to eat and drink.

Our stay was great.

Our stay was great. It would’ve been nice to have a couple simple amenities included, such as couple of coffee pods for the kureig, a box of Kleenex, just simple things to get us started on our stay. It was a very comfortable stay and quite clean!

This townhouse was close enough to Ashville to visit the...

This townhouse was close enough to Ashville to visit the Biltmore Estate and other Ashville sites as well as being close to mountain road access to go drive the Blue Ridge Parkway! It's a wonderfully centrally located property. However, It is in a neighborhood connected to other family's houses, and does not have a view per se.

I love Ashville. Been there several times on the way to HHI. I go to the discount shoe outlet on brevard road...much cheaper than Nordstrom...all the fancy brands....seriously always buy a few pairs...to wear on HHI. I dont bring shoes with me. Just merrell slipons in case a rain or snow. We are older and like to take several days to drive from chgo to HHI. I sew, so i go to the Ashville Cotton Co. Reasonable prices...Joann closed and my options are limited. So when i travel i look at fabrics...my chgo neighbor recommended the Cotton Co. We have always stayed at the comfort inn mall. After the drive in...we take a walk around the semi enclosed mall for exercise and then get dinner from the Harbor Inn...next to the comfort inn...can walk. We stay one day so i have to be targeted. Next year im going for two days so we can go to the arts district snd i can get inspiration! Not sure about the comfort inn by the mall..the property is tired..a sign to find an alternative. I would love to stay at the biltmore but they are Not Dog friendly....I called then and offerred to pay a fee and give a big deposit.... We drove a bit on the blue ridge park way and it was very pretty. Will investigate again.

Proximity to the Asheville airport was important as I had a 7:20am flight back home. The location allows for easy access to Asheville without being in the midst of what are often congested roads. Also, access to areas north of Asheville are easier because you can access roads that bypass the most congested parts of the downtown area. The prices for the same hotels tend to be less expensive here than in Asheville, at least for my trip this weekend.

Good location with easy access to Asheville without being squeezed into noise and traffick. Loved the fact that everything we wanted to do was within 20 minutes from the Hotel but far enough to feel relaxed.

We loved the restaurants we went to - Verri, an Italian...

We loved the restaurants we went to - Verri, an Italian restaurant had great food and white tablecloths , and Caffe Rel where we had French potroast which was also delicious and also had white tablecloths. Both were nice experiences. The view at Jump Off Mountain was pretty spectacular. Stone Ash winery was a great experience too.

The house was very spacious and clean.

The house was very spacious and clean. The hot tub was clean and we did enjoy it! However there was no air hockey table downstairs, although it was in the pictures listed. Also the darts were broken so no one could play darts. Lastly, the fire pit was not use-able. The knob to turn it on seemed to be stripped. We had lots of things planned to do so we still enjoyed our stay, although the kids did not have anything to do during the down time at the house.
