The staff at the desk were very accommodating and helpful. Very polite and would recommend this hotel. I stayed for 28 days and had to leave for 24 hours that was frustrating cause am coming back the next day lost our home on fire and literally was hard to pack and find a hotel that was close to the Red roof inn on elkridge landing rd. That's all I would say was hard

This is a business district that is a quiet area. It has ample dining options like Cracker Barrel, Chili's, Starbucks, fast food,, and more.. Although it is close and convenient to BWI Airport it is quiet enough that you can't hear the planes all the time. There is a movie theater in town. There is also a maritime and aviation museum. Depending on. Which hotel you stay at you can walk to places to eat. However a personal car or Uber is better

I loved the area.
I loved the area. I was also in close proximity to Baltimore. In the Glen Burnie-Baltimore area, there were a lot of fun activities! I was in town for a concert. I was able to eat a delicious meal at an Italian eatery, stay at a nice place, and enjoy my time.

Enjoyed shopping and in close proximity to several restaurants. I especially enjoyed the Olive Garden. I heard that the Hard Rock Cafe has live entertainment on the 4th Saturday night. I will try it in the future.

Also room 416 had a smell of mildew after we all took our showers. May be a leak issue under the floors or behind wall.
The hotel doesnt seem Family Friendly as the staff harrassed my children just for coming downstairs for tea before bed, acting as if my daughters were a nuance! They were not rue or disrespectful just talking amongst themselves while making tea. SMH then the desk staff followed the girls upstairs and made a big deal out of them using the tea machine at 9pm!

I like the set up of the room but it was definitely crazy we had to request extra towels as soon as we arrived for 5 guests we only had 3 towels then to my surprise when we went to bed the first bed the one side felt broken like sunk down and they were both every hard and uncomfortable and we had no extra linens for the pull out couch I again had to request! I will say our requests were immediately attended to and the delivery staff was pleasant! As the face of your company at guest check in they could be a bit kinder when explaining the wrist band situation which gave me the ick as it was annoying having to keep that on during our entire stay!If I had to come back I would definitely look for a different hotel because I feel I could have found better for the amount I paid for a one night stay!

The shades on the window were inoperable. They were down and could not be raised. There was what appeared to be a homeless person in the lobby at check in and there was a car on blocks with no wheels in the parking lot when we checked out. The feeling was that it was not a safe place to stay.

Great area if you want a location close to the airport, restaurants, and outside of the rush of Baltimore. The area is clean and very accessible to nearby highways for traveling in and out of the area. We ate dinner just down the road at Primanti Bros, a fun sports-bar type restaurant with reasonably priced entrees and signature drinks.

If you like to shop and eat there is so much to many restaurants and shopping opportunities. Due to the shortness of our trip, I wasn't able to take advantage of the opportunity. My shopping sister and I are planning a longer visit in order to shop and try some of the bookmarked restaurants we want to visit.

The location was very close to the BWI terminal. This was the primary reason I booked it. The shuttle drivers were very nice and showed up at the appointed times. I used the Hotel shuttle to go from the rental car drop off to the hotel and again to go to the terminal in the morning.

Pulled up to a lady on her motorized scooter pushing her crack pipe by the dumpster and it went downhill from there. At night the trans people come and go with their dates. I was upset that it uses BWI in the hotel name. I thought it was by the hotels and nursery road. Will definitely check a map next time.

This hotel fulfilled everything I needed for a 1 night stay going from the train to the airport. My room was clean and fairly comfortable. The front desk staff and shuttle driver were friendly and helpful, and I was able to catch a 4am free shuttle as planned. Would definitely stay here again if flying out of or into BWI.
