We LOVED everything!!! Everyone was so sweet and thoughtful! Our room was so nice and comfortable! SPOTLESS! The breakfast was AMAZING!! Our pancakes was made and cooked right in front of us! We seriously didn’t wanna leave!!! We will be back for sure!!! Ps. I loved the tv was personalized for us when we walked in the room!! Such a sweet and welcoming touch!!!

The stay was fine, of course new pillows and sheets should be placed on the beds. The pillows were very old as if you were at home and needed to buy new ones. The sheets were very beaded and need to be thrown away. The staff is not friendly nor hospitable at all. They definitely need to work on their customer service skills.

We didn’t have hot water for 2days, out elevator was broken...

We didn’t have hot water for 2days, out elevator was broken for 2 days, they gave me a room on the third floor and I have 2 infants with me, couldn’t find anyone to help us out with strollers and luggage. And on top of that they would not change us to the first floor. Definitely a place to NEVER come back EVER again.

Patriot's Point, USS Yorktown, was a great half day adventure. Well worth the cost to learn about our history. Great city to walk around to shop. Lots of eating establishments as well as fast food. Ports of Call, Fried Green Tomato sandwiches were awesome. Great fresh seafood. We had Thanksgiving dinner at The Boathouse in Mt. Pleasant. Folly's Beach is nearby. Lots to do. The time went by very quickly.

We have family there so we visit every 3 months.

We have family there so we visit every 3 months. Lots of traffic but it flows quickly enough. Gives you time to check out shops as you are sitting in traffic. We love the "old town" section. The shops are awesome. And if you happen to go between April & September the Farmers Market is wonderful!

Nice clean room and shower was nice with awesome water pressure. The bed was ok not the most comfortable and the air conditioner made a slight rattling noise but it didn’t stop me from sleeping. Clean and quiet area. Check in was quick and easy and the gentleman working was pleasant.

Everything was great u can't utilize the dishwasher and I'm don't wash dishes . The drying mat and dish rags were all sour so I had to use one of the washcloths to wash dishes. Also there should have e been more than one dish rag and drying mat. Also the dishwasher should have been made available. Nobody wants to wash dishes on vacation. Other than that it was great.

Beautiful and so much to do.Battery houses were beautiful. Ate at California Dreaming twice . Ate at Rita’s at Folly Beach great BBQ. Hey to Darien made us southern girls great BBQ sauce. Lexus said hi you are a great waiter and person.

I have always enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn and Suites.

I have always enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn and Suites. Rooms are very nice with comfortable beds. This location has a grocery store across the parking lot so if you want snacks or beverages you can walk across. The area is very nice with restaurants close by as well. Hotel staff is very nice.

There isn't a lot that's all great in Ladson.

There isn't a lot that's all great in Ladson. Kind of a lower class run down area. But just minutes from Summerville and 10 miles to North Charleston. Add 20 more and you get the beaches! So ladson might not be all that great but it's close to better places.

Charleston has covers all the bases for a great vacation: historical location perfect for walking tours, excellent restaurants, great shopping and Southern hospitality. The annual literary festival was outstanding. Husk restaurant was superb. Evan Byrd at Historical Tours was a wealth of information.
