This California hotel is 8.1 mi from the Carlsbad State Beach and 5.6 mi from Legoland California. It features an outdoor pool and a hot tub. All suites provide a kitchenette. Our suite was very spacious. We had a living room and a full well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Clean room. Lots of parking and free of charge. Breakfast included was very good, lots of options of fresh food and good coffee. Friendly staff, easy to check-in.

The staff is wonderful! We were in town due to a death in the family, and we were treated kindly and respectfully. Sydney was especially helpful, and so compassionate. Residence Inn San Diego Carlsbad features free bikes, outdoor swimming pool, a fitness center and shared lounge in Carlsbad. Breakfast was great! Lots of options! My kids would have loved more kid friendly cereal like fruit loops or lucky charms. With that being said, they did NOT leave hungry.
