I truly appreciated her service, she went over and beyond even when it was busy. She was persistent on making sure that I was taken care of and switched me to one of the best rooms. She is what you call a leader and deserves to be promoted. She made my stay warm and even with the incident at the breakfast she made sure that I was okay and even apologized. Michelle and the shuttle drivers will be the reason I will come back. They truly made me feel like I was appreciated as a guest, even the shuttle drivers kept asking if I needed water and cookies lol while waiting for my Uber. Thank you for your service!!

The Comfort Suites Airport is located less than five miles from attractions like the Billy Graham Library, Charlotte Convention Center and the Mint Museum. The cleanest of my room in the pool in the temperature of the pool I Loved it for my 2 year old in the breakfast was wonderful
