I truly appreciated her service, she went over and beyond even when it was busy. She was persistent on making sure that I was taken care of and switched me to one of the best rooms. She is what you call a leader and deserves to be promoted. She made my stay warm and even with the incident at the breakfast she made sure that I was okay and even apologized. Michelle and the shuttle drivers will be the reason I will come back. They truly made me feel like I was appreciated as a guest, even the shuttle drivers kept asking if I needed water and cookies lol while waiting for my Uber. Thank you for your service!!
