Everything was perfect for what I wanted. A shower and a clean bed to prepare me for the early flight the next morning. Also the business room with computers that I desperately needed to use. And the hotel picked me up from the car rental at the airport after I turned my car in, then dropped me off the next morning for my flight. Friendly, knowledgeable staff!

Just minutes from downtown Columbus and Port Columbus Airport, this hotel offers free airport shuttle service. It has a fitness center and free Wi-Fi in public areas. I was greeted right when I walked through the door by one of the most friendly staff members that has ever been behind a check-in desk. Due to an error by Booking.com when they forwarded my reservation to the hotel, my reservation was not showing in their system. Thankfully I had a printed copy of my confirmation email and the staff member reassured me that she would guarantee my family would taken care of. She worked diligently to locate the error as I called the number for Booking.com. Before I could even get someone on the phone she had found the mistake and had my room keys prepared. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The overnight stay was one of the best we've experienced. The friendly and courteous staff of the morning were just as great as the evening staff. If I ever need to stay overnight in that part of Columbus, Ohio again I know where I will be staying.

Great area with the kindest people and so much to do! A foodies paradise! Highly recommend fabos Irish pub the food was all divine and Sakura Japanese steakhouse had the most incredible employees. If you like pizza order from buckeye pizza you will not regret it. We shopped at Easton and I was blown away by how kind and incredible the girls who worked at lush were, they entertained my toddlers while I shopped as soon as I walked in. Truly amazing shopping area. Legoland discovery center was better than any review I read online.

Gahanna is a very nice place to visit., and Springhill is very nice and clean. We have stayed at all three facilities on the road and this one was great for the reason we were there to attend a wedding.

Gahanna is a nice area to visit. Trying to get to any restaurants was a little bit confusing but they do have a lot of the normal restaurants you will find in any city, so picky eaters have a good selections.

When we first got there the room was filthy.
When we first got there the room was filthy. Curtains were torn in several places and caked with an unknown substance. Tape all over theh wall. TV did not work as they had upgraded a week prior. Stated they had the TV to replace but did not get around to putting it in the room. We spent the night as they did not have another room available until the next day. The next room key card did not work and we had to have the front desk always let us in. The room still was not cleaned. The floor had crumbs all over and was not vacuumed. The curtains were dirty as well. Smelled of something dirty the whole time. I tried to tell them and the only response and reasoning I got were that in December they are set to remodel the rooms. I have tried to call the General Manager several times and have not called back. I call and get hung up on most times. I do not recommend this place.

It was a pleasant experience, I believe breakfast could have been better. More choices for breakfast would have been great. Room was spacious but, shower could have used a light overhead. I would recommend staying here to my friends.
