I like that the property was clean, all lights are working, bath towels and linen were washed, m and smelled fresh. The staffs were nice and helpful. Also, the kitchen utensils for cooking were there including, hand towels, facial tissues, cups and bowls, and utensils made me felt like home. The room setting was perfect.

the location was in a good location for the event we attended, also the full kitchen and the room size was great, the staff was very professional and friendly. there were more amenities than at large chain facilities we have stayed in the past.

I was trying to make a complaint about my stay.

I was trying to make a complaint about my stay. I was disappointed because when we arrived the bathroom sink was clogged and it put a big damper on us getting prepared that evening and the next morning. We reported it as soon as we noticed it when we arrived but ther was nothing done about it. A gentleman came up the next morning when we were trying to get dressed but it was a total inconvenience. I do feel that we should be compensated for the unfortunate situation. Thank you

It is a nice, safe, afforable city close to Downtown...

It is a nice, safe, afforable city close to Downtown Columbus, but also close to plenty of other Greater Columbus attractions. If you dont want to stay in the hubbub of the city, but not have to drive far, this is the right place.

The Easton Town Center was very nice.

The Easton Town Center was very nice. The Zoo lights were good. We visited the topiary park which was really cool. We had tickets for the conservatory but unfortunately the snow keep us from going. Restaurants around the area were great! A lot to choose from.

The staff was great (especially Natalya and Winter), the facilities and rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. In the room there's a nice sofa, convenient tables, and a comfortable bed. Great shower. The breakfast offered a lot of variety and was delicious. There are nice restaurants and ice cream shops in the area, and the hotel is very close to the building where I'm going to have surgery.

Obetz is a small town on the outskirts of Columbus.

Obetz is a small town on the outskirts of Columbus. Has a great pizza place in town Possum Holler. Also a Dairy Queen but ALWAYS has a long line. There's a water park right in the middle of town you can take the kiddos to win h fountains that come outta the ground for the kiddos to run through with ice cream machines bathrooms and water. Also has a stadium called fortress obetz they have concerts and bike night very often which a local old school rock station comes. Obetz is just a great little community.

I paid cash for 2 rooms, BUT AFTER I LEFT they charged my card again for those 2 rooms, THIEVES, Do not give them your card info, Place was dirty, floors were so nasty we had to keep shoes on at all times. BUT STEALING MY MONEY was A NEW LOW.. I'd never recommend this place.

My comments are just related to our stay at the hotel Extended Stay America Suites - Columbus - NE - I-270. It is our opinion that the hotel's breakfast is over-hyped. All there was was a small chocolate muffin and a cup of coffee, and we don't consider that to be a full breakfast.

Reynoldsburg seem to be a nice safe pleasant neighborhood to stay at a hotel and to attend the shopping facilities and local restaurants. We spent one day shopping at their local stores in the area. We ordered delivery from Donato's pizza and one of their Popeye's Chicken. We ordered and picked up at TGIFridays. My most favorite day was taking a drive to attend service at World Harvest Church on Sunday morning. We spent a day at the Easton Mall even took in a movie at their AMC theaters. We like Reynoldsburg because it's easy access to the places we like to go.

We are hockey freaks! We are New York islanders fans. We come for hockey.. We park the car and walk all over the place. There are plenty of places to eat. We feel safe and the city is clean. Everyone we have met are nice and helpful!

The staff goes above and beyond for your comfort.

The staff goes above and beyond for your comfort. Management is the most wonderful people you'll meet and will do all they can to make your stay comfortable making you feel right at home. Having to leave made me a little sad however I'm looking forward to returning. Conveniently located near shopping restaurants & fast food walking distance to bus line. Can even book COTAPlus to pick you up and drop you off.
