I like that Paso my room was disgusting the door was horrible it wouldn't lock right if you look at the door needs to be replaced and obviously they haven't did that the floor base in the bathroom if you step on that water will pop up obviously they have a leak in the pipe so I kind of figured they don't expect the rooms. I didn't want to smoking room she said that was all they had. When I complained about the key not working on door they should have switched me but according to them that was the only room and I don't believe that

Betty that service the rooms was so helpful and polite always checking if we had enough towels basically everything. Also it’s right by the consulate, walking distance. They also have a bus tour that picks you up from hotel and shows you around Juarez.- By the way beautiful

Loved El Paso when we lived there thirty years and still like it very much, especially the food. We haven't had Tex-Mex like El Paso Tex-Mex since we left in 1995. Our stay was very short so we didn't have the chance to see the attractions we visited when we lived in EP. We'll be back.

Consulate & clinics , walking distance ! No need car - area is safe - restaurants - big mall all you need is there !
Hotel is decent price , community in that area is small so main income is guests that travel for emigration interviews ! This is better option than home stay .
Please don’t expect fancy beds , wide screen TV breakfast buffet !! Free laundry !!! Coffe , snack bar .! Compare prices this a nice hotel for the price ! Good luck in your interview .
( important - if you fly from CBX - Tijuana airport be ware aware , buy one way on the return buy ticket on line for the return ( no airport airline staff all day ) volaris to contact a human operator is poor ! )
This was the only mild negative issue !!!

Staff was professional at check in and check out. Room was spacious and very clean. Bed was comfortable. Driving onto the property was a little awkward but after finding the layout within the entrance on the lot, it was fine. Morning coffee was great.

El Paso is the kind of place you visit either for a concert...
El Paso is the kind of place you visit either for a concert or to go shopping. It’s not a city that offers a lot of interesting things like Austin — which is the capital of biohacking — or Los Angeles, where there’s endless entertainment. It honestly gives me Chihuahua vibes with an American twist. In fact, there are areas in Chihuahua City that are even nicer, like Distrito 1.
But overall, for shopping, El Paso is great — stores like Ross, Burlington, JT Maxx, and HomeGoods (wow, that one is amazing!). Plus, if you order stuff from Amazon, you can have it delivered there and pick it up, which is super convenient.
Just be ready for the border lines... they can go from 30 minutes to 3 hours.

We really liked being able to pay a small fee to leave our car parked at the hotel while we took a weekend trip from El Paso International Airport. This is definitely one of the nicest airport hotels we have stayed at over the years!
I was catching a 6 am flight and wanted to be near the airport and indeed this hotel is very close to the ELP airport. So the location was excellent. My room was very clean and comfortable. Absolutely no issues there.
