We found wonderful local, not chain, restaurants. They were delicious and had wonderful service. We also found some great thrift and consignment stores, something we enjoy. Most of them support charities we support too.

They had either bedbugs or things from animals that I got bit by continuously. The rooms are not professionally cleaned. The towels and sheets are not clean and white and there's need for a lot of new in room construction that needs to be done inside the rooms.the quality is cheap and horrible And it's a bad for californians.And new yorkers, because coming from out of town, we would expect more! Quality and clean environment!

Staff were pleasant and price was good...the bed was comfortable.......otherwise the place was dirty and grounds and facilities need repairs...the pool was open but not well maintained water looked dirty 😒 breakfast was a joke.

When 2 elder people are accused of damaging property when we know one of your staff people had to have done it doesn't sit very well with me at all. It's sad when people won't live up to what they did and put it on 2 innocent people and be charged for it is wrong! I wouldn't stay at another Hyatt if it was the only hotel available. Then we ordered food from down stairs went pick it up and it was ready some 45 mins later. Yeah yall stuck! Never again in life

It is near a lot of restaurants and close to the main...

It is near a lot of restaurants and close to the main highways and it's very accommodating and clean. I loved the fireplace and the jacuzzi style bathtub. Also the double shower heads. The young woman front desk clerk was very friendly doing check out.

Nice town

Nice town Chipotle was close by and Popeyes is in the immediate area of the hotel. It was a little difficult getting around, and I am guessing is because I was just visiting. But it is uncomfortable driving because they drive to fast behind you seeing that you are out of state...slow down Greensboro!

Lovely town.

Lovely town. Make sure to ask about weather all services are functioning. We were very disappointed at the mall there being closed and the pool not being open in August. Choices of restaurants were great. Clean area. Friendly staff.

I could not rate this hotel more highly...I got stuck at the GSO airport due to a weather delay at my destination, so this was a last minute request. The airport shuttle came and picked me up with snacks and a kind conversation. The staff were welcoming and lovely in every regard, breakfast was good, and the room itself was comfortable. I was especially grateful for the nice shower and comfy bed. A wonderful choice for a stressful occasion.
