We always stay here when we drive from Texas to Miramar Beach Fl. We love everything about this hotel. Clean beds so comfortable and pillows are like sleeping on a cloud. Staff knows us now when we come and our mini schnauzer Bella just loves it here too. Love the restaurant/bar too after a long drive nothing better than dinner with a good glass of red wine

Brittany greeted us with such enthusiasm, she was awesome! Room was quiet, clean and easily accessible. We loved that the parking was gated and monitored. Easy off and on to the interstate from this location. I’ll definitely stay again when I’m Jackson!

I visit Flowood 4 - 6 times a year for business.
I visit Flowood 4 - 6 times a year for business. I love the area in general. Lots of restaurants and shops. The area where the Best Western is located is NOT a good area. I had never stayed at this location before and never will again. Constant police activity at the gas station next door and a lot of drug activity in the area. The next time I come back I will stay closer to the heart of Flowood and not on the outskirts.

The room had no dispensers with the shampoo, soap and conditioner. They did have some very tiny small portions by the sink. The wallpaper behind the toilet was all rattled up. I will send some pictures

Take what you need. Vending machines are high and not much in the way of choice. I was traveling across country with a full car,dogs and things I was moving with, so I didn't really think about anything. They do have coffee pots for sale, but I was there just one night.

Room was ok. Go ahead and pay the nonrefundable rate because the staff and management will not contact you for a refund even if you call, text and email them. I expected more from a IHG Hotel and Resorts Franchisee. JW

As I’ve said in previous surveys, this was the most horrible place I have ever stayed in my entire life. The floors was wet and filthy. The place was humid, and my son’s asthma acted up because of this. There were no shampoo conditioner body wash the fan in the bathroom did not work. The hairdryer did not work. The bathroom was filthy. Had I not been there to go to my brothers wake and funeral I would have thought to get my money back and to stay in a different room if nothing else it was horrific experience.

NO WASH CLOTHES SMELL OF MARIJUANA, POOR HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE AND THEY CHARGED FOR 3 OVER NIGHT VALET WHEN ONLY STAYING TWO NIGHTS ICE NOT WORKING ON 3RD FLOOR ALSO WHEN SHOWING MORE WATER ON THE FLOOR THAN GOING DOWN THE DRAIN THAT I SLIP AND FELL. WHEN I TOLD THE FEMALE AT THE DESK SHE SAID I SHOULD’VE BEEN CAREFUL . TOTALLY DISGRACE OF HILTON HOTEL NAME AND SERVICE.

Was really impressed the room was more than i was expecting at a reasonable price . Room was large and very clean. Property was new or well kept. Welcoming staff when .arrived was great with biscuits and gravy and a cappuccino machine. would definitely stay there again I would highly recommend. enjoyed our stay, thank y'all for the hospitality..

The price was the same as another location, but lacked everything the other place had. This Econo-Lodge was not clean. The refrigerator was not cold. The AC was not cool enough. The Front Desk personnel was not even present when needing to check out. They closed the front door to the Lobby. What hotel does that? The sink was dirty as well as the furniture. The bedding did not appear to be clean. Only the TV worked. I will not stay there again or recommend it.

Pearl was lovely to visit during the cold snap in February. The variety of restaurants and their proximity to the hotels and extended stay were great. The proximity to outlet mall shopping and other attractions was good. The roads to the hotel were in great shape, but the road to enter the extended stay was horrible! Side roads need immediate attention before vehicles get damaged from holes and cracks in the street.
