The main purpose for this stay was a 18 hours-connection flight (Midnight to 8:00 pm in Houston), unfortunately the weather announced 40°C during the day for doing some tour around, so we decided to stay in the hotel until our departure. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Everything was super clean, from the front desk, amenities to the room. I’ll appreciate that they can do a “late-check out” because the beds were awesome!
The shuttle to the airport runs every 30 minutes until 11:30 pm, helps a lot!

Shuttle service to and from airport is a plus. The hotel is very accommodating. We especially chose this hotel because it does have a restaurant and bar. So appreciated being able to get a drink and supper after a very long day of flying.
Beds were comfy and pillows were great. Good shower too with bottles on wall for shampoo & conditioner.

We had very late and early flights chose this hotel due to location being so close to the airport. The front desk was helpful with our check in and out process. Our room was clean and the bed was actually very comfortable.

Nothing it was dirty sheets dirty room half clean dust roaches urine on toilet! Roaches crawling on me while im sleep im still up fighting roaches its 4 am check out time at 11! This place should be sued for false advertisement like this a junky hotel i pucked the wrong one! Disappointed you should pay people to stay in this mess! No breakfast people yelling next door just dirty the roach crawling on me was enough and to find my bathroom with urine on seats was to gross

This hotel I dont recommend it to nobody for the following reasons.
1. Floor was dirty with sticky solution and walk bearfooter for about 5 minutes and my feet we very dirty.
2.Bathtub in need of resurvace, rust all over.
3. Mattress has holes in various sides, worn out.
4. Roaches roaming all over the room, every time you turn the light on they scatter all over.
5. I had to check out next morning at 7 am.

There's really only 2 reasons you'd stay in Spring. 1) proximity to Houston (30-40mins). 2) Splashtown Water Park. If that's why you're here, I suggest a trip to Old Town Spring. It's a quaint little shopping village, where you can buy art, eclectic items, and old-timey candies like saltwater taffies or liquorice gum sticks. Otherwise, Tomball has a fun old town. However, if what you're after is nature, I suggest look for something a little further north around Lake Livingston.

There was a family in the room above me who had a child that kept running around the room for hours. I went to the front desk for assistance the first time I think about 10:30. I was told that I could not change rooms, (even though there were plenty of empty parking spots) and he would speak with the people in that room. It did not stop. I went back to the front desk I think around 1:00 and the employee told me that he would talk to the people again. When he spoke with them the second time they told him that the child was in bed, which wasn't true since he kept running around the room. I told the employee that I really needed sleep and did I need to sleep in my car? He told me that I could speak with the owner the next morning around 9:00 but this did not help me since I needed to leave the hotel before that time. The bottom line is that I did not sleep at all that night because of the situation and I am still very unhappy about it.

The room was clean and comfortable, the only staff member I met was very polite and helpful. We checked in late and left early so I did not see much of the hotel but what I saw was clean looking. If I am in the North Houston area again I would strongly consider using this hotel again.

This stay was one of the worst we’ve experienced anywhere. Thankfully it was only 1 night. My daughter called for the airport shuttle at 11:06pm and the irritated clerk said they’d already been called. She, then, left without telling her replacement 3 women and a 5yr. old had called 3 times for the shuttle. My husband went to the desk clerk who was unaware anyone was waiting. It was 11:42 when they were on the shuttle. This was irresponsible and dangerous.
The chain lock was broken, the upholstered chair was filthy, the tub had no plug and was full of hair, the TP holder was pulling out from the wall, two identical paintings with one hung upside down, white stain on dark carpet, and one reg and one decaf envelopes in a room for 2.

Location was ideal for travel to and from different sites. Near several restaurants. Would have been a better experience if housekeeping would have made beds and changed bath towels and washcloths on a daily basis. There was only 1 bar of soap and no shampoo in bathroom.

Hotel was OK for the price. Don't expect too much. Very simple place. Room was clean. No noise. There is a Shuttle service very convenient but runs only from 6AM to 11 PM. It's close to IAH airport. Also, there are places to eat around - walking distance.
Super close to the IAH airport so I was able to roll out of bed, take a quick shower, check out, return my car rental, and be at my flight gate within 30 minutes of opening my eyes.
I loved the dove shampoo and conditioner available in the bathroom. The room was quite large for single occupancy. Lots of chargers and usb hubs.
