Excellent location, brilliant staff and shuttle service is efficient and convenient. I have stayed at other LAX hotels and am yet to see their shuttles or the line is huge and it is quicker to get a cab. This hotel has a constant stream of shuttles (and all the shuttle drivers are super-friendly and helpful with luggage). The bellhop escorted us to the shuttle the next morning and loaded our many heavy bags for us. Everything was super convenient. Food was awesome - we arrived to the hotel at 11pm and the coffee shop was open until 11.30pm and the restaurant until midnight. (We had a long journey and hadn’t had lunch). There were no bell hops when we arrived - so the friendly staff member who checked us in took our bags for us - he was so lovely! Will forever stay here now - and have told family and friends in Australia who travel to LAX regularly to stay here. (This hotel is also the closest to LAX out of the other airport hotels).
