I found the lady on the check in desk unhelpful.
I found the lady on the check in desk unhelpful. We had to pay a $100 deposit upon entering the hotel for each room and we were told that it would not be debited from our bank account. When we returned to France (the next day) we discovered that $200 had been debited from our account ($100 for each room). Moreover €21,66 (twice) had also been debited and we have no idea what this amount corresponds to. I am very unhappy about the situation and would like an explanation ASAP.

I think what went wrong could have been better handle with training. The rudeness of the person asking if we paid for breakfast as we made plates. We were told the breakfast time when we checked in but not that we had a fee to pay extra. Instead she chose to yell it with a full room of guest eating breakfast. The staff welcomes you warmly, offering coffee as soon as you arrive. The complimentary breakfast is a nice touch, the rooms are comfortable, and the internet connection is reliable. The airport shuttle service is also very convenient. IHOP very close and others restaurants are a short distance from the hotel . Close to the pool there is an area with fire pits .

El Segundo was a very quiet nice area. The hotel is literally on the border of a community of El Segundo which was pretty cool. Streets were safe and I walked conveniently to IHOP and the coffee shop without no problem

We love staying at this location, because it is close by...
We love staying at this location, because it is close by other restaurants and markets that you can walk. This location is excellent for not having to get up so early for an early flight at LAX. The shuttle service is a huge plus for us as well. It’s nice to have a little breakfast before we have to leave. This is our go to lodging when we fly out of LAX.

We stayed at Hyatt House LAX Century Blvd for one night and it was perfect for a quick stop. The hotel is very close to the airport, which made our arrival and departure super easy. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable — just what we needed after a long travel day. One of the best parts was the 24/7 airport shuttle, which made arriving and departing incredibly easy at any hour. A great choice if you need a convenient and comfortable stay near LAX.

We loved everything about the hotel. We landed at LAX Airport, we did some site seeing, and I am 72 years old and I was so thankful that they gave me a room a few feet from the front desk. Your employees were friendly and very professional! The one and only complaint was, you didn't have "GRITS " of any kind. Lol Over all everything was a wonderful experience!!!

I really enjoyed how close to the airport this hotel is. I loved watching the planes take off and land at LAX from my hotel room window. It was beautiful and clean. The staff were excellent, from check in to the staff at the Daily Grill and then at the breakfast bar in the morning, it truly made for a wonderful stay.
