The employees that checked me in and the ones that checked me out. They are some sweet hearted understanding young woman. They need promotions compared to the woman from the end of 2023 who was there at the front desk. The ones you have now at the front desk, keep them. They made sure me and my family got a good nights sleep from moving for hours with small babies. I really appreciate and thank y’all so much. May God Bless those young ladies.

Me and my family was there for our family reunion and we had an amazing time When we ate dinner it was at cracker Barrel and we love it. we went and had a ball at the Main Event running around with the grand kids.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Location was good, beds comfortable. Had a leaky facet which needed repair, and the toilet paper holder came off the wall. The hotel needs updating. The breakfast needed more variety.

Memphis is a well-known landmark filled with cultural and music history references. Beale street is fun on Saturday night. We also visited Graceland and thought it was a bit disappointing. I think 1 night was just right, and ideally I'd recommend that it's a Friday or Saturday night. The city doesn't feel completely safe, so be cautious.

I'm assuming there are parts of Olive Branch that are nicer than the specific area the Hotel Desoto is located in. We went to South Haven which was very nice - just were not good eating establishments directly around Hotel Desoto.

This was an updated area.

This was an updated area. The rooms had been updated and so was the lobby and the breakfast area. The carpet in our room already has a stain on the floor by the sink. But the rest was great. My only real issue was the hot water was not hot, but warm only. After the long drive, a hot bath would have been useful.

Too long, but blame the organizer of the conference, who didn't give us time to see the sights. Unfortunately, downtown Memphis shuts down early, so our experience was limited. A lot of homeless people downtown. My impression was better than Detroit, but not by much. Very friendly folks, though.

Everything was great! Price was decent. Staff everyone friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was super nice. The only thing was the bed was a little stiff/hard bit thats a personal preference. Would recommend anyone to stay.

Staff was friendly and accomodating. Room was nice and we had a quiet night stay. Breakfast options were good and tasteful. It was in a great area for shopping and dining. I would revisist this property if I was staying in the Memphis area.

We were given a handicapped accessible room even though we didn't request one and found it unusual that the bathroom had a seat for a handicapped person but it was in a tub - not a walk in type of shower.

Our flight arrived early in the morning and we were exhausted. The staff kindly let us check in early. Couldn’t have been more thankful. Check in was super quick & easy. For check out , I had overslept and again , staff let us check out at noon instead of 11am. Hotel was very clean and room spacious. Bed and pillows super comfy. Will be staying here again when I come back to MEM.
