Miami is for the 30 and under crowd with low expectations. Everything is auto gratuity and the service everywhere is piss poor because they know its guaranteed. The rooms are overpriced, half way cleaned and just a complete rip off. Your paying for location. Ft Lauderdale or Orlando for the same fun and probably half the price. The Ubers are about $70 during surge at 12 when everything closes, $30 right after to go about 20min out and roughly $15 during the day. Go to Naked Taco. Do not to to Pink taco, wet willys no longer allows you to take your drink to go (even precovid)
First time to Miami, saw South Beach, enjoyed Wynnwood area with all the art and good dining options . Went north a bit , enjoyed the Canals and birds. Shopping mecca Best if somebody in your group speaks Spanish, as many employees and others do not speak English.
We didnt travel during the day. We stayed on the beach. We went to 3 different resturants. Strip Steak in the fountainblue, Cecconi's in Soho Beach House and Malibu Farm at Eden Roc. All enjoyable.
Miami is a multi cultural city and most individuals you have encounter with are courteous and sincere. It is easy to move around the city with its fleets of taxi but sometimes the traffic is heavy causing some delay to your destination. I liked the malls and shopping centres and they offered a wide array of items. The food was awesome and the restaurants were superb around this beautiful multi cultural caribbean coast city.
Miami Beach is fun and lively if you’re up to it!! South Beach is very expensive if you eat on Ocean Drive. Be prepared for freak-nique because you will definitely see some characters everywhere you go!! South Beach is definitely for the young. You will definitely have to deal with a lot of noise and riff raff. Most places close early so late night eating will not be available. The best time I had was exploring downtown, the hood and Ft. Lauderdale. The people of Miami are the bomb.
I Love the stay I've stayed there 3 times every time I've visited Miami but they need 2 change the windows & get some better 1's u can hear the car's & ppl outside it other than that it's a great place 2 stay worth the money
