The staff members who checked me in and out were so nice. Evelyn was also so nice when I paid to leave my car there during my travels. We had a great chat and I felt so comfortable with my decision to park my car there.
Also I paid a little to be upgraded to the suite and I'm only sad that my flight left early so I couldn't spend enough time in that amazing room.

My friend and I thought this place was excellent place to stay. Great location to CHI event center. Staff was very kind and helpful. Room 520 was beautiful, had 2 separate bedrooms, full kitchen. Restaurants close by. Great hot and cold breakfast selection.

Lot of fun actives to do with your family. Great food all around either in IA or just a 5min drove to Omaha. Very friendly folks and plenty of fun Casinos as well, a lot are even walking distance near the casino. Theater in the same parking lot as well. Just a fun time.

We were here to see a YES concert at Steelhouse Omaha on my birthday! Fantastic place to see a show. The town was beautiful and very walkable. Ran into Jon Davison (lead singer for YES) on the streets of Omaha, very cool guy and a nice touch. All the meals we had were great. We have been all over the world and found Omaha to be a delightful surprise.

We stay in the Omaha area frequently when traveling to Colorado. This hotel was amazing! We had a horrific experience in Council Bluffs at the Americinn involving mold, and not getting the room we reserved. I was a little gun shy in choosing a hotel for this trip but Hampton Inn was clean, accommodating, friendly and less expensive. Even our dog had amenities just for her! You will not be disappointed if you book here. It was definitely a great value and we will stay again in the future.

The room I booked was not transferred to the hotel, according to the manager on duty on 12/23. Then she (who was not very professional at all) had to change my room and did not tell me that the price for the King would not transfer to the first room that was booked incorrectly was a 2 queen room that was way more expensive than the King.
The most irritating thing about this visit was that on 12/22 ( I was in my room before the notice came out )sometime after 9pm they put out a notice that the breakfast, lunch and dinner would be suspended for Christmas Eve and Christmas day, so no food or drink - just coffee in the bar. - Ridiculous that we were not told ahead of time.
I did speak to the manager when I left the property, but he said all the mix up was your fault andthere was nothing he could do about it.
I won't go back - my daughter and grandchilden live in Bellevue and I go there at least 4 times a year....a lot of lost revenue.

My opinion on Bellevue is great. I've been there several times before. My son was Air Force member and he married there. He is no longer with us but he have three beautiful daughters. That was the purpose of our visit. We enjoyed that part of the trip.

For a fast food meal, Nebraska's unique RUNZA is a must. SCOOTER'S drive through coffee kiosks are also a Nebraska standard - though they are popping up around the Midwest.
The Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge uniquely allows pedestrians and cyclists to cross from Omaha, Nebraska, into Council Bluffs, Iowa.
We were there for a fully-scheduled convention and did not take advantage of many local opportunities, but the CHI Convention Center is an excellent convention venue (one of the best I've been to) and the skywalk connected Omaha Hilton was a convenient and accommodating place to stay.
