The staff in general was exceptionally friendly. The shuttle service is great and also allows you to go to the mall if you've got a long wait for your departing flight.

Very pleasant, professional front desk staff members -- I met one at 11pm and the other at 5:30am. Shuttle drivers were prompt, both at my arrival at 10:30pm at PDX and at my departure from the hotel the next morning at 5:30. I slept very well in the comfortable bed (one small glitch--the window curtain could not be lowered, and the bottom of it didn't block out bright lights from another building several hundred yards away -- so I put my briefcase on the windowsill; problem solved!). Bathroom was clean and bath linens were very clean and fresh. An excellent experience!

Close to the airport and yet easy to get into Portland city centre. Lovely suite and the breakfast was great too.

Offering a free shuttle service to Portland International Airport, 5 minutes’ drive away, this hotel features guest rooms with free Wi-Fi. An onsite restaurant is available for guest convenience. I liked the Lakeside Grill the food was delicious and the view was peaceful and unexpected. It was nice to not have to drive anywhere. The beds were comfortable and we didn't hear any airplane or freeway noise. Highly recommend.
