We were amazed with hotel. We were there for a wedding, and everything there was beautiful, there were Christmas decorations and music all night, it felt like home. In the morning we did not had breakfast, we just enjoyed our morning in the comfy room.

The hotel appears to be very new as of December 2025. Very pleasant, professional front desk staff members -- I met one at 11pm and the other at 5:30am. Shuttle drivers were prompt, both at my arrival at 10:30pm at PDX and at my departure from the hotel the next morning at 5:30. I slept very well in the comfortable bed (one small glitch--the window curtain could not be lowered, and the bottom of it didn't block out bright lights from another building several hundred yards away -- so I put my briefcase on the windowsill; problem solved!). Bathroom was clean and bath linens were very clean and fresh. An excellent experience!

Check-In was great, smooth and hospitable. Penny was excellent and so helpful. She signed us up for the rewards program which benefits us since we've stayed at this hotel 4 other previous times. It's out go-to hotel when we visit Portland. Breakfast was decent, and fresh. Eating areas were clean and accommodating to large or small parties. Gym and pool were also great.

I liked the room and the view of the airplanes from our room window. The room was very clean! I also liked the location of the room because it is next to a Target and many restaurants too. I loved the swimming pool and the breakfast was pretty good!

Room size was excellent. Staff was friendly and property was kept clean. We traveled with 2 small dogs and the pet fee was only $25 USD total, vs other hotels that charge that or more per pet per night. Gym was more than decent and it had a nice small lake with a walk way behind the property where we were able to walk our dogs.

I liked that the elevator was close to the check in desk.
I liked that the elevator was close to the check in desk. I have mobility limitations and I appreciated that.
The breakfast buffet was lacking compared to other BW hotels. The coffee station was completely c separate from the buffet area and with mobility limitations it was a real inconvenience for me.

Not sure why they call the city EVERGREEN.. LOL the location of this fantastic hotel is in Vancouver WA with excellent location so one could deffinatly have time to see all that Vancouver or surrounding area have to offer

This is such a beautiful area to visit any time of year! This trip was in the fall and the fall colors didn't disappoint! It was so beautiful even if it did rain a bit. I also love the Vancouver farmer's markets, food trucks, gluten free and vegan options, shopping, Mochi donuts (GF/DF at the farmer's market or otherwise in Portland) and the people. Everyone is friendly, welcoming and very accepting. I also love hiking nearby and the ability to drive to the beach!

I came to visit my sister and watch me nephew in a musical at the Albert rose theater. I love going into the city. The restaurants with outdoor seating are great. I enjoyed the variety of options for food. The weather was perfect. We were able to see Mt. hood from the freeway.

Seemed unsafe, unclean, door had a large space between the wall and door frame. Was hard to shut the door quickly if needed. Stains all over the window curtains, the toilet paper roll was already used not replaced. A towel was ripped. The kitchenette didn’t even have cabinets or kitchenware like stated. No couch. Stains on the floor. Stairway to garage looked like black mold and smelled terribly. Would not recommend to stay here. Didn’t even spend the night.

I only live 30 min north of Vancouver, my reason for visiting was my pets and 4th of July noise. If you are visiting the Portland Or/Vancouver area, the Vancouver side of the river is just less crowded than the Portland side. For a very good meal, Little Italy downtown Vancouver has been one of my favorites for several years great food and good people. Visiting especially down town Portland, I would recommend driving to the Van Port park and ride then take the yellow line train into down town, way easier and cheaper than paying for parking downtown. If it is raining go to the expo center park and ride, it's the end of the line there is always a train there so you can wait inside the train. In Portland, every one uses the train. And umbrellas are for tourist lol

There is so many homeless and criminality that it's the worst place in America. We let our car for one night outside as the valet of our hotel was to high to do is job and we found it totally vandalize on the morning with broken glass. Run away.

Waterfront is well done, better than expected restaurants, Amaro's Table and Wild Finn were my favorites, not usually a Detroit pizza fan but the Crust Collective changed my mind. The Steak Sandwich at Amaro's was excellent, Salmon at Wild Finn was as well.

It's hard for me to rate this property because I didn't actually stay. I chose it because Booking.com said there were onsite restaurants. Unfortunately neither is open after brunch (before checkin) on Sundays. The hotel is old and beautiful, but it's located very close to skid row in downtown Portand so the neighborhood is very sketchy especially after dark. I decided it wasn't worth being mugged by going out to look for a dinner restaurant so I decided to stay at the Radisson at PDX instead.
Location convenient to PDX.
Spare, but clean, bright room. Good bed & shower. Friendly, helpful staff and shuttle drivers.
Breakfast options were basic, but better than I expected for this type of hotel.
Free coffee in the lobby 24/7.

Great location by PDX airport, nice facilities, comfortable rooms but we experienced rather poor customer service at the front desk. It was a turn off, so I'd choose a different hotel next time, only for that reason. Otherwise, a great vale for the price paid.
